cake for breakfast. it’s a regular thing around here. this recipe was one that ezra wanted to try out from one of the new cookbooks the kids got me for mother’s day. i love author lucinda scala quinn’s approach to family cooking. she has three full-grown boys and shares about her years of cooking for them and her husband. i love her cookbooks. they never disappoint. and neither did this greek yogurt cake. light and fluffy with sweet tastes of honey and vanilla. we topped ours with zoe’s homemade raspberry curd and fresh raspberries. it was perfect. i would highly recommend this for any occasion – afternoon tea, dessert with friends, a date night for two, or of course any weekday morning for breakfast. it’s a new favorite for us.
