This time of year, filled with birthday celebrations, falling leaves, and the cooling air outdoors, is always my favorite.  Each passing year allows us a chance to reflect on these wonderful years we have had as a family of two, three, four, five, six, and now seven.  Years that have indeed gone by quickly, but not forgotten, and memories that are etched in our hearts forever. All the little moments making up one beautiful story of family.

We have two more birthdays to celebrate this month, one in two days, and the next, in two weeks following.  In the midst of birthday planning and partying, I will be tossing around ideas for thanksgiving day, picking out new recipes to try out, and activities to participate in. I have some new recipes in mind, specifically made with apples that I will definitely share results. Which, speaking of, have you seen the new magazine put out by King Arthur Flour, called Sift? I am loving them and currently the Fall and Holiday issue is available. This is not an advertisement, just me saying, if you like to bake, pick up a copy!!

What are some of your plans for this time of year? Share in the comments, below. And, HAPPY NOVEMBER to you! xo

Love, love, love seeing your photos! You an just see the love in your family! Whatever you’re doing as parents, keep it up! I’m proud of our Anna Banana, mama of the year!

Wanted to share a recipe with you…I may have before but, then again, I am of the age…Sweet Potato Galette
If you like sweet potatoes, it is delish! It has goat cheese on the bottom of the crust, then caramelized onions on that, and then diced sweet potato. If it sounds like something you would like to try, I will send you the full recipe.

Keep the photos coming! Love and miss you all, Tia
